VPS for Sundeep

-All Australian hosting is overpriced. There are no good hosts.

-Unless you're running a game server there is no reason to host your server in AU.

-I used http://www.layeredtech.com/ for about 4 years. They were EXCELLENT. Top notch support and good prices. I had a dedicated server with them, but they offer some sorts of VPS as well. They are more "top tier" though.

-I know a lot of people using the SUPER cheap http://www.dreamhost.com servers. They are all happy-ish for the price. Some of them are as cheap as $12 per YEAR with coupon, and you get what you pay for, but it's really not a bad price overall.

If it's for a business I'd go with a dedicated server from LayeredTech, as they're usually available for under $100 per month for a phat server.
